Refund policy
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Store Credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing. To be eligible for a Store Credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all labels still attached.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges
We aim to please. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged or exchange if the sizing is incorrect. This will apply after the item has been returned within 7 days of purchase. If you need to exchange it for a similar item or a different size, send us an email at molonysdp@gmail.com and we will be happy to help.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then we will contact you to ask you what you want to exchange your item for, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Molony's Ski Shop, 411-413 Malvern Rd, South Yarra, Victoria, Australia 3141.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
